This notice describes what Simbounce, a product by Prumora, collects and why. The principle is simple: we collect only what the service needs to work.

What we collect

Email address. It is how you sign in. Without it there is no account.

Your projects. Name, scene, seed and parameters — the recipe of the video, which is what lets you reopen your work.

Billing records. Plan, subscription status, credit balance and your Paddle customer identifier.

Technical logs. Errors and requests, kept for a limited time to investigate failures.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store card details. Payment happens entirely at Paddle; we never see your card number.

We use no advertising trackers and sell data to nobody.

While you use the editor without an account, none of your work leaves your browser.

Who processes data for us

Supabase — database, authentication and storage of exported files.

Vercel — application hosting.

Paddle — payment, invoicing and tax. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles your payment data under its own policy.

Each receives only what its function requires.

How long we keep it

Projects are kept for as long as the account exists.

Video files rendered on the server are deleted automatically after the retention period shown in the application.

Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to suporte@prumora.com. We answer within 30 days.

Deleting your account erases projects and personal data. Billing records that law requires us to keep remain, unlinked wherever unlinking is possible.

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with an equivalent regime, the rights granted there apply in full.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language preference. Neither is used for advertising.

Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies, described in Paddle's policy.
