These terms govern your use of Simbounce, a product by Prumora. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
What Simbounce does
Simbounce generates short videos from deterministic physics simulations. You pick a scene, adjust parameters and export the result as MP4.
The simulation runs in your browser. What we store on our servers is the recipe — scene, seed and parameters — not the video. The same recipe rebuilds the same video.
Your account
Sign-in uses a magic link sent to your email. There is no password, so access to your email is access to your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you suspect misuse, write to suporte@prumora.com.
You can use the editor without an account. In that case your work stays in your browser and is lost if you clear site data.
Plans, credits and billing
The free plan lets you use the editor, preview and export with a watermark, within the limits shown on the pricing page.
The paid plan is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — access continues until then.
Credits pay for renders run on our servers. Subscription credits refresh each cycle and do not roll over. Credits bought separately do not expire.
A render that fails through our fault is refunded in credits.
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the merchant of record for all Simbounce purchases: Paddle issues the invoice, collects any tax due in your country and handles refunds.
On your card statement the charge appears as Prumora or Paddle, not as Simbounce. Prumora is the company that operates Simbounce.

What you create
The videos you generate are yours. We claim no rights over them and you may use them commercially, including on the free plan — subject to the watermark, which only the paid plan removes.
You may not use the service to produce unlawful content, circumvent plan limits, overload the infrastructure or resell access.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
We may change prices and limits. A price change to an active subscription is announced in advance and only takes effect in the following cycle.
We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. In that case, the unused paid period is refunded.
