Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes two clicks in the billing portal and applies at the end of the period you already paid for — no fees, no phone calls.
What happens to my credits?
Monthly credits renew with each billing cycle. Credits from a one-off pack never expire. A failed render is refunded automatically.
What if I change my mind?
The refund policy is published on the refunds page, and requests go through the billing portal — Paddle, which processes the payment, handles the process.
Is the price in my currency? What about tax?
Checkout shows the final amount in your currency with your country's tax already included — Paddle, the merchant of record, calculates and remits it.
How does the watermark work?
On the free plan, exported videos carry a subtle watermark. Subscribers use the server render, which produces the file without it — each render costs one credit.
Who handles the payment
The sale is made and invoiced by Paddle, which collects any tax due in your country. The final amount appears at checkout, in your own currency.
